Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor who rose to fame after her role in Disney XD's sitcom Pair of Kings. Through her professional career as an actress, she's been in numerous shows and films. Barbara had a role as the main character in Always and Forever which the Hallmark Channel aired many times. While on the road, she hosted productions of Ballroom with a Twist the brand new show with a revolutionary cast that features various celebrity emcees, dancers and emcees from Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was also a character in Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. Barbara was a guest on ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, toured the country in Neil Simon's female version The Odd Couple. Barbara appeared at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri in the production Social Security in 2012. The production ran at Jacksonville Florida, USA during the Summer of 2014.
